We’ve over 30 acres of grounds to explore with a stream and small lake which is well stocked with fish (and ducks!). Near the stream is a den building area and mud kitchen for children’s imaginations to run wild. Next to the play area is the 9 hole crazy golf course, golf-pool and noughts and crosses game. Guests can also play tennis on our village court free of charge. There is a basketball hoop and football goal as well as a large level lawn perfect for picnics, activities and ball games. Marquees and bouncy castles etc can also be sited here for larger parties. Picnic tables and benches are dotted around for guests to sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery. The communal courtyards all have brick barbecues and our large car park has space for 10 cars (with two external 13amp sockets suitable for EV charging). Elm Barn and The Linhay both have adjacent private parking.
