Elm Barn is set apart from the other cottages and adjacent to the swimming pool. You enter via a galleried entrance hall with a picture window, on through to a beamed kitchen and large dining room with a wood-burning stove and French doors onto the terrace. A short staircase leads down to the lounge – a large, comfortable room with a sloping ceiling, exposed trusses, another wood-burning stove and more French doors out onto the terrace.

On the ground floor there are three twin bedrooms, a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a cloakroom/WC. Two of the bedrooms have washbasins and one of these is reached down a short staircase.

On the first floor there are two wings - one houses a suite of double bedroom, en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and a nursery equipped with a cot and a baby monitor. The other has a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom (with shower over the bath).
